  • to fully enjoy and defend the rights and privileges of American citizenship,
  • to support and obey the laws and constitution of the United States,
  • to cultivate the mind through exchange of knowledge,
  • to effect a higher character among the members,
  • to observe and practice the fundamentals of brotherly love and mutual help

Our History

Established in 1954, the Houston Lodge is a part of the National Chinese American Citizens Alliance, a non-partisan Chinese American fraternal, benevolent non-profit organization founded in 1895,
Our national organization began in San Francisco, California. It was formed as a result of unfair  immigration laws passed solely against the Chinese called the "1882 Exclusion Act ". ( See www.cacanational.org )
C.A.C.A. has been spearheading efforts against unfair immigration laws, working to promote naturalization and citizenship,  participating in the census count, having equal educational economic opportunities, and advocating voter registration,

C.A.C.A. Houston warmly welcomes you to join us in accomplishing our mission. Membership fees are $25 for an individual and $40 for a family.  To join us, please click here for a membership form.
